Emergency assistance funds for degree-seeking students
We hope this note finds you healthy as you make your way through the spring semester. As a part of the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2021 (CRRSAA) passed by Congress, we have been allocated additional emergency assistance funds to help students enrolled during the COVID-19 pandemic. With these funds made available by CRRSAA, supplemented by additional institutional funds, Oglethorpe will begin sending distributions directly to students currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program.
Distributions will be mailed directly to students starting the week of March 22. To ensure these checks arrive to you quickly and efficiently, please take a moment to review your current mailing address in OASIS. If you are unsure how to view your current address in OASIS, you can find assistance in this short video clip.
If you would like your check mailed to an address other than the one listed in OASIS, please complete this form. To help us in getting these funds to you quickly, please review your address by March 22.
We are eager to get this round of distributions out to you, and anticipate that there will be subsequent forms of assistance for students later this semester. We will share information on additional assistance as we receive it.
